FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there a minimum timeframe when renting equipment?

Yes, 90 days. We want you to succeed. We know you can do it and we also know that sometimes a little help is all you need to start you down the path. This is why we have a 90 day minimum, this allows you to create a habit and at least try to stick with it for 90 days, after that you go month to month and you can return the equipment whenever you're done or have met your desired goals.

How does the delivery process work?

We're a full-service delivery company. What that means to us is that you can relax while we deliver and place the equipment you want. You open the door and direct where you want it -it's that easy! That said, there are a few requirements that we'll need to ensure have taken place prior to our arrival that will help things flow smoothly for your delivery.


2a. There must be an eligible adult present that is able to legally grant access and entry to the property. They must also be able to sign the contract for the equipment being rented.


2b.We also ask that prior to our arrival that all children and pets are placed in a safe area as the machinery being delivered can be dangerous.


2c. Lastly, we ask that a path is cleared leading to where you want the equipment being rented placed. Our delivery technicians/installers aren’t able to handle or move personal items. If the space is not cleared or the equipment is unable to be successfully delivered due to personal items we will terminate the delivery and a transport fee may be charged.

What if I return the equipment before the end of the minimum timeframe?

If the initial 90 days isn’t fulfilled an Early Termination Fee will be charged. The customer can pay the remainder of the contract value to complete the rental contract and avoid the Early Termination Fee. For more information and details on the Early Termination Fee please refer to the rental contract.

Do you clean the equipment before I rent it?

All items are meticulously cleaned and fully sanitized by our staff between rentals.

I like what you’re doing as a company. How can I collaborate with you?

We like what we’re doing as a company too and would love to collaborate with others that line up with our vision and values. Drop us a line so we can chat about how we can work together.

What different payment types does your company accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We are currently working to add Zelle and Venmo as well as another option.

I’m moving. Can I move the equipment myself?

We appreciate the gesture and willingness to help, but please leave the moving of our equipment to us. Our delivery and install technicians have been trained to properly handle and care for the equipment that’s being placed in your home. It may look easy but that’s because they are good at what they do. Mishandling or unpermitted moving of the equipment can not only damage the equipment but cause bodily harm if not handled correctly. If you have additional questions regarding the moving of equipment, please refer to the contract as it thoroughly explains this and similar situations. If you prefer to speak with one of our representatives instead, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.

Do you take Insurance?

No. Currently we do not take payments via insurance but are exploring the option. We will follow up and update this section if that changes.

What happens if the equipment I’ve rented gets damaged?

There is no charge for standard service, maintenance or repairs due to failure under normal usage and All service and repair issues will be dispatched by us and performed at your convenience by trained and qualified service technicians in your area.

How do I return the equipment once done?

Once you’ve met your fitness goals, you may contact us to schedule the pick up of the equipment. If termination of the rental is not requested, the rental contract automatically continues on a monthly basis until the customer chooses to end the rental and request the equipment to be picked up. Once the initial 90-day contract completion period has expired, the early termination penalties no longer apply.

What areas do you rent to here in the metro area?

Currently, we rent to Denver metro and most immediate surrounding areas. If you are interested in renting and item and have questions on whether or not you fall into one of the rental areas please give us a call at (720)807-8006 or send us a message via the site.

Is there a discount for multiple pieces of equipment rented?

Yes - the first piece is charged the full amount, charges for additional pieces are discounted by 10-15% depending on the item.

Where can I put the equipment?

You can place the equipment rented anywhere you feel is beneficial to you working out within your home, after all, you have to be comfortable with your workout surroundings. But the equipment must be located in a climate controlled indoor area away from the elements. If the equipment is stored on a patio, garage or anywhere of the likes it can not only void the associated warranty of the equipment but also cause premature damage, rust ultimately ruining the equipment being rented. Is there any scheduled maintenance performed on the equipment?

Some of our machines require a periodic maintenance and are usually serviced between rentals if required. For some long-term rentals, if a need for service is expressed, we will either dispatch a qualified service technician in your area at your convenience or replace the machine rented if available.

How do I schedule a pickup?

How far in advance do I need to reserve the equipment I want?

Due to demand it is recommended to reserve the equipment you want as far in advance as possible as our popular pieces tend to rent out fast.

Can I change out the equipment for something different?

One of the advantages of renting is that you can change equipment whenever you need once you've passed the initial minimal renting period. We want you to enjoy your workouts so you continue to do it. If you decide you want to switch out an elliptical for a treadmill or a treadmill for a rower – Go for It! Give us a call, let us know what you’d like and all you have do is pay for the delivery of the new equipment.
